MadeByGoogleEvent: Everything that announced by Google

New York, NY:
Google held its annual “Made by Google” event this morning in New York City, where they announced a bunch of their flagship offerings including Pixel 4, Pixel 4XL, new Pixel Buds, Nest WiFi, Stadia, Nest Mini, and Pixelbook Go.

So, here’s a lowdown from Google’s annual event if you didn’t have a chance to track down the tech innovations from the search Goliath.

Pixel 4 & Pixel 4XL:
The next generation of Pixel, Google’s much-awaited Android flagship smartphone is now officially launched, after the endless series of leaks and design rumors. The Pixel 4 will have 5.7-inch screen size with 2,800 mAh battery, while Pixel 4 XL will come in 6.3-inch screen size with 2,800mAh battery. Both will have 6GB RAM with Snapdragon 855 chipset. Google also announced that it will come with “Project Soil” radar chips inside for enhanced gestures to switch songs, silence calls, and snooze alarms just by waving hands and without swiping.

In other features, Google has focused mainly on cameras, where the latest Pixel uses AI and machine learning for white balance and enhanced Night Sight mode to take improved starlit nights photos. Both variants of the phone come with two cameras, that is of 12.2 megapixels f/1.7 main camera and a 16-megapixel f/2.4 telephoto lens and one on the front of 8 megapixels.

Pixel Go:
The lull in Google’s advanced Chrome OS laptop came to an end with the launch of Pixelbook Go, which takes CX to another level. With 13.3-inch display, and 16GB RAM the storage is up to 256GB, which makes it robust in its segment. The company is promising around 12 hours of battery life, and the Pixelbook Go weighs around 2 pounds.

Nest WiFi:
Mashing up the concept of Google WiFi mesh router with its Home Speakers, Google has announced its advanced Nest WiFi – a smart speaker / a router hybrid.

New Nest Mini:
Google Home Mini is “Nest Mini” now with barely any other changes other than the name. It can be mounted on the wall without attaching with adapters and a speaker with a double bass. It will come with machine learning chip for better and faster responses and more microphones to listen better even in louder environments.

New Nest Aware:
Nest Aware, a smart gadget that allows you to add cloud recording to Nest Cameras, is now entirely free. Nest Aware enables Nest Minis / Nest Hubs in a security-centric listening mode, along with smart speakers listening smoke alarms, dogs barking, and so on. It will also send notifications accordingly.
